Order Processing

Our dedication to excellence is reflected in our carefully planned and executed process for delivering high-quality catering services to our clients. We take pride in our rigorous approach, including educating our clients on our services and procuring only the best food items to meet their needs. Our dedicated team meticulously monitors each vessel’s supply due date, proactively sending timely reminders to vessels for their upcoming supply requirements. To optimize supply logistics and cost-efficiency, we strongly advise vessels to keep us informed of their itineraries.

Upon receiving requisitions from vessels, our cutting-edge application software, GSS-CMS (Catering Management System), efficiently processes the requests. Requests are promptly converted into Requests for Quotations (RFQs), which are then dispatched to our network of suppliers.

Quotations received from suppliers undergo a thorough evaluation within the GSS-CMS system before we send it to the vessel for approval.

Purchase orders are issued to selected suppliers based on the vessel’s approved list, and detailed supplier information is promptly communicated to the vessel.

Inventory Management

We approach every catering project with a deep desire to keep everyone healthy, happy, and satisfied; therefore, we are committed to providing customized catering solutions that meet every individual’s dietary needs and preferences. Our group of experts provides guidance and recommendations to help our clients make informed decisions about their catering needs. We also offer training programs to our clients to help them understand our processes and how to manage their catering necessities efficiently.

We obtain signed and stamped delivery notes from the vessel, facilitating supplier payment processing, and updating the vessel’s inventory status within our GSS-CMS platform.

Supply reconciliation and supply updating into the vessel's stock will be done from our end. Vessels are only required to input the Rest On Board (ROB) figures at the end of each month.

The calculation of inventory for the subsequent month involves summing the ROB from the previous month and any supplies received during the current month to determine the total stock.

Client Reporting

We maintain complete transparency in our processes, fostering effective communication and trust between our clients and vessels to enhance the overall effectiveness of our partnerships.
