Inventory Management

We obtain signed and stamped delivery notes from the vessel, facilitating supplier payment processing, and updating the vessel's inventory status within our GSS-CMS platform.
Supply reconciliation and supply updating into vessel's stock will be done from our end. Vessels are only required to input the Rest On Board (ROB) figures at the end of each month.
The calculation of inventory for the subsequent month involves summing the ROB from the previous month and any supplies received during the current month to determine the total stock.
